FREE MINI-RETREAT FOR COUNSELORS AND THERAPISTS
De-Stress, Release, and Re-Ground
Please join me for an absolutely FREE MINI-RETREAT that I'm offering to you, my dear colleagues, on Saturday, January 29th. Inspired by the givingness of the holiday season, I am offering this opportunity for you to DE-STRESS, RELEASE, and RE-GROUND here at Heaven On Earth Farm - 30 peaceful acres where you can meditate by the creek, lounge in the grass in the sun, or take a leisurely hike up the big hill with surprising views of Table Rock, Pinnacle Mountain, and Caesar's Head. Gate opens and retreat officially starts at 10:30am and closes at 2:30pm. Come as you are, dress casually and comfortably, and feel free to arrive and leave at your leisure. You may also attend (or not) any or all of the following: 11:15am: Grounding, Breathing, and Releasing Meditation 12:15pm: Introduction to The Compassion Process®: Releasing unwanted emotions from the bodymind with ease. 1:15pm: Embodiment: What it is, how to do it, and why it's so important at this time - for us, our clients, our profession, and our species. I hope that you will come and let yourself be healed and restored by this special place. And that you will leave feeling supported and inspired as you move forward into the new year. Also, please give me a general idea of when you're planning to be here so that someone can let you in the gate and direct you to parking. You will also need to sign some release forms when you arrive. COVID PRECAUTIONS: This is an outdoor event. You are encouraged to use your own judgment regarding masking. PLEASE adhere to social distancing guidelines. OTHER: Feel free to bring a picnic, bottled water, blanket/yoga mat, folding chair, journal, etc. There is a port o'john on the premises.
