Policies

​Health insurance is based on a medical model and is intended to prevent and treat physical and mental illnesses. Shelly does not treat illnesses and therefore does not accept insurance or provide information to insurance companies.

She does not dispense or prescribe medication, conduct psychological testing, or treat alcohol and/or drug abuse problems.

​Sessions missed or cancelled on day of scheduled session, will be billed as if session occurred. This applies to sessions prepaid for as well as pay-per-visit sessions.

FIRST SESSION FORMS

Fees

Individual sessions range from 125-185 dollars per session.

Couples' sessions are 185 dollars for a 1.5 hour session.

Equine-Assisted Personal Growth sessions are 150 dollars, paid with cash or check.

Shelly accepts cash and personal checks. Payment is expected at the time of service. Prepayment is required for telephone coaching. If you would like to pay by credit card, please click on the box below to specify which service you'd like to pay for.
