Perhaps you're facing a health or relationship challenge. Or perhaps there's something about yourself or your life that you've been trying to change. Maybe you're looking around and thinking that other people seem to have it all together and you don't. And maybe sometimes you're wondering if something's wrong with you.
I can pretty much bet that there's nothing "wrong" with you.
If you're like most of the people I see in my practice, you simply need someone safe and objective to talk to. But more than that, you need someone to help you get to the root of the problem and teach you how to release it - how to let it go.
Unlike traditional psychotherapy that emphasizes analysis and understanding why you have a problem, body-centered psychotherapy helps you get out of your head and into your body. When you reconnect with your body in this way you'll discover that it will tell you what's really going on - versus what you think is going on.
The body doesn't lie. If accessed correctly, it will tell you about the suppressed emotions and limiting beliefs that you've stored there, unconsciously, as energy. Emotions Coaching will teach you how to release these negative energies - naturally and with ease.
No matter what's been going on with you, you're probably looking for some relief. You want to feel better. You've probably tried some different things with limited success and to some degree you're probably beating up on yourself because you haven't been able to fix it yet.
Please don't despair. And try not to beat up on yourself. The things I'll teach you are not common knowledge - not even within the counseling or coaching profession. But once you get a taste of it, if you're like most people, you'll see that it makes sense. And you'll be in awe, when you see how our loving Creator has designed us with an innate capacity to free ourselves, to let go, and to grow in our own self-love and compassion in the process.
